Podéis poner el pescado congelado que mas os guste, en este caso a han sido centros de merluza, pero también lo he hecho con filetes de varias clases (merluza, panga, perca...)
INGREDIENTES
- 30 gr de aceite de oliva
- varios filetes del pescado congelado que mas os guste
- sal
- hiervas de provenza
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 1 vaso de agua
- 50 gr de vino blanco
- 1 pastilla de caldo de pescado
- 2 o 3 patata medianas
- 1 calabacín grande
- 1 cebolla
PREPARACIÓN
Pincelamos el recipiente varoma con aceite y colocamos los filetes de merluza, espolvoreándolos con sal y hiervas de provenza. Tapamos y reservamos.
Ponemos en el vaso el aceite y los ajos. Programamos 5 segundos, velocidad 7, y sofreímos programando 5 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 1.
Añadimos al vaso el agua, el vino blanco y la pastilla de caldo de pescado. Colocamos la verdura en el cestillo, intercalando capas de patatas, calabacín y cebolla.
Introducimos el cestillo dentro del vaso y colocamos el recipiente varoma en su posición, programando 25 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 1.
Al terminar sacamos el cestillo y colocamos en una fuente la verdura. Salamos y colocamos el pescado encima, rociamos con un poquito del caldo y si nos agrada le echamos un chorrito de aceite por encima antes de servir.
